Event Details

Imagery that flirts with magic in a show addressing all five senses. Fingers moving in a miniature set, shots travelling in harmony with the music, a voice narrating the hypnotically seductive story of Cold Blood, which unfolds on the silver screen convincingly, subversively, and humorously.
“Is there life before death?” seems to be the question posed by this kaleidoscopic spectacle that combines art, dance, theatre, film, and improvisation. “We invited ourselves to create a film that takes place on a kitchen table, with dancing fingers in the starring role”, explain the creators. “It is dance, but there is more to it than dance”. The result looks like a film that focuses on things that are too subtle for the naked eye to see.
Having presented their work in more than 20 countries and reaching a total audience of more than 180,000 people, choreographer Michèle Anne De Mey, director Jaco Van Dormael, and their inspired creative team are offering us their new glorious spectacle.
