Fin’amor

Fin’Amor is a medieval phrase used by troubadours of the 12th and 13th century to define the ideal and perfect love. The meaning of this phrase has to do with the constant desire and pursuit of the absolute, unattainable, utopian.
Lamia Bedioui and Solis Barki communicate the Earth’s pulse to us using fast rhythms and soundscapes.
Through songs from all around the world, Greece, Tunisia, Algeria, Yemen, Palestine, Spain and France, this interpretative music duo offers to its audience a journey beginning from the 13th until the 20th century; a voice and percussion concert where improvisation is totally welcome.
