CLOSING PARTY OF THE 52ND DIMITRIA

The goodbye party of the 52nd Dimitria will bring together all those who experienced the need for a dialogue of culture and ideas on a local and international level, in a framework that was open both to the known and to the unknown.

One city, one world, one major platform starting in Thessaloniki that brought cultures from around the world closer to us. From Iran to Cuba, from Belgium to China, through dozens of theatrical performances and performing arts pieces, concerts and visual arts exhibitions, dance, photography and film, in the rich festival corpus that composed the experience of the 52nd Dimitria.

At the grand closing party that marks the end of the cosmopolitan cultural rendezvous with the motto “One city. One world”, those of us who enjoyed the events of this year’s festival and worked to realise them will meet, have fun, and renew our rendezvous for the future.

The evening’s programm includes satisfying DJ sets and celebratory beats, while there will be a special screening of the works that stood out from the creators that participated in the Photography Open Calls.
